Mailpoet is missing

    It had been 10 days with the Premium add-on installed smoothly + MailPoet 3. I sent a bulletin correctly and received the statistics. Everything is fine.
    But for two days now, I get this message in WordPress: “You need to have MailPoet version 3.35 or higher activated before using this version of MailPoet Premium” and in the left sidebar has disappeared from wordpress. MailPoet has completely disappeared. The sections of emails, subscribers, forms do not appear… Nothing.
    Within WordPress I have gone to the Installed Plugins section and MailPoet 3 has disappeared and only the MailPoet Premium add-on is active.
    I tried to reinstall it, but it tells me that “Installation failed: The folder already exists”
    What happened? How do I get MailPoet again?

    Llevaba 10 días con el complemento Premium instalado sin problemas + MailPoet 3. He mandado un boletín correctamente y he recibido las estadísticas. Todo Bien.
    Pero desde hace dos días, me sale este mensaje en WordPress: “You need to have MailPoet version 3.35 or higher activated before using this version of MailPoet Premium” y en la barra lateral izquierda ha desaparecido de wordpress. Ha desaparecido por completo MailPoet. No aparecen los apartados de emails, suscriptores, formularios…nada.
    Dentro de WordPress he ido a la sección Plugins instalados y ha desaparecido MailPoet 3 y sólo está el complemento MailPoet Premium activo.
    He intentado volver a instalarlo, pero me dice que “Instalación fallida: La carpeta ya existe”
    ?Qué ha pasado? ?Cómo vuelvo a tener MailPoet?

    Thanks for your question.

    Please go to your wp-admin > plugins. Deactivate and delete MailPoet premium.

    Then go to your wp-admin > MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation and MailPoet premium should install correctly.

    If this doesn’t work, log in with FTP. Go to your /wp-content/plugins folder. Delete both the “mailpoet” and “mailpoet-premium” folders. Then re-install the plugins. ??

    Don’t worry no data will be deleted doing this.
