    for 2 months now you have forbidden me to send newsletters.

    However you continue to charge me 24 euros per month.

    I made a complaint on your site about ten days ago and I have no answer.

    I had opened a support two weeks ago on this subject I did not receive any answer.

    I’m thinking of having you banned from my bank account, but this requires some steps that take time.

    I urge you to refund my 24 euros two times and never again take money from me that I don’t owe you.

    Hi @penseelibre,

    I’ve checked your account and I see the MailPoet Sending Service has been paused for you. Please note it doesn’t mean your account is suspended or the plan should be deleted. This said, your subscription is still active and allows you to send using a different sending method and have access to Premium features and support.

    We contacted you about it in October and shared the steps to have the service restored. If you do not want to follow our suggestions and would like to have the last payment refunded, please contact us through the Sales form here.
