    Hi,

    I registered my 2 free sites per account. First one is omne.pro. Second one is omne.me

    For omne.me it says (Legacy). I don’t understand what that means.

    In any case, omne.me is still “Pending review” in the Mailpoet official page and interface. In WP plugin, the key is activated and “working”. Confirmation email is successfully sent.

    But the forms return an error info. No “form was sent”, but “there was an error”.

    My lists get the new email, but Mailpoet does not send any mails to the users whatsoever, because of the “pending review”.

    Please approve my omne.me site, I’m available if there’s anything I need to do.

    I have tried to reset my accounts in the Mailpoet page, and have apparently cancelled the omne.pro plan doing so, without success of resetting anything.

    There is no option to interfere with the omne.me plan or website whatsoever.

    Hi @lukasolta,

    You have a legacy plan, which means you have a plan that is no longer available to be subscribed to or purchased on our shop.

    Please approve my omne.me site, I’m available if there’s anything I need to do.

    I reactivated the subscription you’ve set to be canceled and approved the pending plan on your account.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
