After MailPoet updated today, I’m having trouble inserting posts into the newsletter. I can insert excerpt posts, but I can’t insert full text posts. I get the error message “failed to render posts.”

I’m doing my newsletter exactly the same way I have been for months. This is new after the update.

  • We have the same issue, So we just rolled back to the previous version of Mailpoet which works. This is the error that we get: “Failed to fetch rendered posts”

Yes, same error. But how does it work if you roll it back? Whenever my plugin is not up to date, MailPoet disables many features until I update it.

Hi, same issue on my side, very problematic.
I’ll try to revert to previous version, thanks @saramansouri

It appears to be working now for full posts. Not sure if there was another update to correct it.

    Thanks for the info @felcpastor.
For my part, I go back to the basic rule in IT production: never update to a new release (as of .0) and always wait for the next version(s) (.1 or later).

This means remove all the plugins automatic updates and do it manually after saving the corresponding directories under wp-content/plugins to be able to rollback in case th new version is not tested enough…

    Hey,

Our apologies for any inconvenience it may have caused you. This was a bug introduced in the release we did on Tuesday.

It should be fixed if you update to the latest version of the plugin – 3.75.1.

    Thank you!
