Mailpoet – Error – Can not load the email : Array WordPress 4.2.2

Hello,
We have problems after the entry of a new Email/person. The entry email appears as a list of unconfirmed in the subscription . the sender does not receive the email . we disable plugins and reinstall mailpoet . but we do not find the error . It also does not work in the widget . we have in the header.php complements with the script .

Can not load the email : ArrayWe already use mailpoet successfully https://www.businesstreff-haan.de and love this plugin . On this website it works without problems.
