    Hi a message suddenly appears in my free account: All shipments have been paused! The key to send with MailPoet is not valid.

    What is the problem??

  • Same problem on a paid and a free domain… All sendings have been paused the key to send with MailPoet is not valid.

    Just checked with 2 friends whom I recommended to use Mailpoet… same problem. ??

    Seems to be more wide spread…

    got an update on twitter there is a problem with the licensing activation system and their engineers are on it.

    They will post an update shortly.

    Hey @minoumax and @medran,

    That’s correct.

    We had temporary issues with invalid sending keys last week and it prevented sending via the MailPoet sending service and the Premium plugin to work. It’s now been fixed.

    If you’re still seeing the “All sending paused!” warning, you should reactivate the key (by going to Settings > API Key > Activate) and then click to resume sending (Emails > Resume sending button).
