    I have tested free and paid purchased items, there are two things happening.

    ON FREE PURCHASES
    1. The customer is added to the corresponding list
    2. The customer order is on “processing” status
    3. When the customer order status is passed manually to “completed”, the emails from mailpoet are being send.

    ON PAID PURCHASES
    1. The customer is added to the corresponding list
    2. The customer order status pass through all the stages “processing” and “completed”, but mail poet emails are NOT BEING SEND

    How can I solve the second case, because the issue is that is not sending automated emails.

    Hi there!

    So as explained in this article, it’s important to ensure the WooCommerce Customer is listed as “Subscribed” in the MailPoet list. If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email may be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).

    Can you please double-check that and keep us posted?
