Mailpoet email received in spam Outlook

  • Hi,
    1)In outlook, Mailpoet emails are received in spam, How to avoid that?
    2)Shall we differentiate: a user can choose to only get the newsletter or only get the post notification?

    1) I’d suggest that you Test Your Spam Score with Mail Tester to understand what’s going on.

    2) You can create two different Lists (i.e.: Post Notifications and Newsletters) and then add the List Selection field to your form, so users can choose if they want to receive posts notifications or other newsletters.
