    Hey,

    i created Mail for new customers (woocommerce) “purchased this product”, but if customers pay they don’t get this Mail from Mailpoet….

    Newsletters are working.

    Can someone help please?

    Hi there @tzickitzacka,

    Please note that WooCommerce emails will only send if the customer is in “Subscribed” status. There’s more information about this in our documentation here:

    WooCommerce Automatic emails created with MailPoet will be sent only to “Subscribed” users. If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email will be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).

    Also, the emails will be triggered only if the order status is “Processing” or “Completed”.

    Is the email address you placed the order with currently in “Subscribed” status? And is the order in “Processing” or “Completed” status?

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    I have the same problem. Users are Subscribed. Order is Processed or Completed. MailPoet still doesn’t send email after costumer purchases product.

    Please help.
