    MailPoet disappeared from our admin area – although still present and activated in the “installed plugins”-list – and instead produces an error:

    Migration “MailPoet\Migrations\Migration_20230421_135915” failed. Details: An exception occurred while executing ‘
    ALTER TABLE golfshop_mailpoet_newsletters
    CHANGE type type varchar(150) NOT NULL DEFAULT ‘standard’
    ‘:

    SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Incorrect datetime value: ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’ for column ‘sent_at’ at row 4

    Can anybody help us with this? Deleting and re-installing MailPoet won’t help – the error keeps coming up.

    Your help is very much appreciated.

    Kind regards, Michael

    Hi @werbeagentursitekick,

    I see our team is already following up with you via email, so I’ll mark this ticket here as resolved, okay?

    Just sharing here for other users that may run into the same issue, after fixing a few properties in the database, the plugin reappeared.

    – several rows in the golfshop_mailpoet_newsletters table had 0 instead of NULL in ‘sent_at’;
    – a lot of subscribers in golfshop_mailpoet_subscribers table had 0 instead of NULL in confirmed_at.

    Thank you!
