This usually happens when the plugin is installed but not active.

Could you go to your plugins tab and check if MailPoet is active?

    Hi @johnlud,

The Plugin also disappeared in the installed plugins list. No way to active it. I’m so confusing why the plugin disappeared from the installed plugins list?

Should I delete the plugin from FTP and reinstall it again?

    Hi @cfm168

This looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you switch your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all your plugins and see if MailPoet works?

If it does work, enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until MailPoet breaks again. You’ll be able to tell us what’s at fault.

You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict

Let us know how that goes!

Reinstalled the current version 3.75.1, it seems like working good so far.
Surprisingly I can pull and access all the users from deleted Mailpeot2 without migrate procedure.

    Hello,

The plugin disappeared again from Installed Plugin list and Dashboard menu. It was worked for a while.

To test which plugin or theme conflict is not easy because it does not break right away.

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    Hi there @cfm168 ????,

The plugin disappeared again from Installed Plugin list and Dashboard menu. It was worked for a while.

This is pretty odd indeed, can you please try to reinstall the plugin via FTP as explained here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/258-re-installing-updating-the-plugin-via-ftp

Give it a try and keep us posted.

    Cheers

    Hello Sir @danielinhou,

I deleted the plugin via FTP, and reinstalled it from admin installer. Now looks like running as it should so far so good.

If it disappeared again, I will reinstall via FTP to see what is difference.

    Thank you!
