[NSFW] Mailpoet “deletes” sender email adress and attachments in Contactform 7

    Hello,
    if the plugin Mailpoet 3 (3.56.0) is activated, the email sender address and the files sent with it disappear via Contact Form. If I deactivate Mailpoet, I get the email address as well as files as attachments. Once Mailpoet is activated no more. This issue hasn′t exist in further versions, I using Mailpoet since about 2 Years. What can I do? Can anyone help me?

    I am using the latest WordPress version and the Contact Form 7 add-on – Mailpoet 3

  • Hi Gerhard,

    Unfortunately, that’s due to some limitations of sending transactional emails with the MailPoet Sending option.

    For reference: Choose How To Send Your WordPress Website’s Emails

    Please go to MailPoet Settings > Advanced tab > Send all site’s emails with… and select “the default WordPress sending method” option. It should work again.
