• Hi-

I’m working on a client’s site and she has been using Mailpoet to build her list. After we deactivated and reactivated her plugins, she found that her database of 2500 subscribers is gone. I told her it can’t be that data is deleted after a deactivation, but she thinks so. Please tell me this isn’t the case. And, where is the data stored?

    Mari

  • MailPoet data is not removed when you deactivate the plugin, rest assured. All data is stored in the website’s database under the tables with the name “wysija_*” in them.

Thanks for that! What a relief.

So, how can I get the plugin to reconnect with the database? Right now we are only seeing two names listed there.

    cheers,
    Mari
