• Hi there, i have a conflict problem with MailPoet.
When i run the MailPoet shortcode [mailpoet_manage_subscription], the update redirecting to my homepage without account changes. However, if the user have admin role, he can update their settings without problems.

I did a conflict test, all the other plugins are deactivate now, except UM and MailPoet. I switched the default theme to Twenty Nineteen … same results.

If i deactive UM, the MailPoet update works fine and i can change my settings.

Thank you and looking forward to your response.

    Hi @fabmei,

What version of the Ultimate member and MailPoet you have installed on your site?
Where do you add MailPoet shortcode?

    Regards.

UM version 2.0.47 and Mailpoet version 3.26.0

The shortcode is added to 2 places, directly in the content of a dedicated page and in a php function where i add a new tab in the UM account page. Both have same problem.

    Thanks
