MailPoet – can’t send Newsletter

I get this message when I attempt to send my Newsletter:
“or simply go back to the Design page. You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.”
I have three email accounts that are “authorized”, one of which is my domain name email.
When do they review the account? It has been days since I first attempted to send my new Newsletter.
