    From the logs you shared, we can see the actual error is this part:

    Access denied for user 'wrdprs1@b371451'@'172.22.223.%' to database 'brf_faltoversten_se'

    MailPoet would not require any special database permissions or separate user — it would just be using the database credentials of your WordPress site.

    Please check with your hosting to make sure the database user has all the necessary permissions, and that the database credentials are configured correctly in your site’s wp-config.php file.
