After experiencing issues with MailPoet and Action Scheduler (it paused the queue and I could not find how to restart it), I switched to “Visitors to your website” to trigger mails. This works.

However, now MailPoet will not open its Help page, claiming a critical error has occurred in WP. The last error mail WP sent me contains the following info on the error. Please help me fix this! I would like to use Action Scheduler and to be confident there is not some corruption in my system!

From the logs you shared, we can see the actual error is this part:

MailPoet would not require any special database permissions or separate user — it would just be using the database credentials of your WordPress site.

Please check with your hosting to make sure the database user has all the necessary permissions, and that the database credentials are configured correctly in your site’s wp-config.php file.
