I am using the mailpoet plugin only for the newsletter subscription
and I am using easy smtp mail plugin for server smpt for my own mailserver through the VPS for transactional mails
So whenever user subscribe to the newsletter while checkout while placing the order on the WordPress site then they do not receive the transactional email like order confirmation email

    Hi @swapnils1999

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing this with us.

Just to confirm have you already tried disabling your other plugins or switching themes to confirm if there is another potential reason for the conflict?

Also, I assume once MailPoet is disabled the issue no longer occurs? Since MailPoet has it’s own SMTP service, there is a possibility there is specifically a conflict there.

Have you already reached out to MailPoet support to see if there is a means of disabling their SMTP to avoid a potential conflict?

As a test, you can confirm if the order confirmation email is attempted by using the WP Mail Logging plugin. Please let us know if after performing a test you only see the subscription notification in your email log.

    Hello,
So i tried disabling the mailpoet and it is issue seems like with the easy wp smtp itself
The mail is getting sent out but it is not reaching to the users inbox or spam anywhere it is not appearing
and in mail logs also i can see all the emails are getting sent
But the problem is they are not reaching to customers

Also it is not related to the mailpoet at all just realised that all of their mails are getting to the users inbox
Only the email (transactional emails) sent by the easy smtp are not appearing in the users inbox

    Hi @swapnils1999

Thanks for getting back to us.

Based on your description, it sounds like there may be an issue with the SMTP server you are connecting with.

To confirm if this is the case, we would recommend ensuring that you have correctly set up your mailer of choice by following the appropriate instructions outlined in our documentation.

    Hello @dakeg
All the things are correctly configured in the plugin settings
And it is successfully sending the test mail also.
Note: Email notification options also ON in the woommerce settings

    Hi @swapnils1999

That certainly is strange. Please try sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to confirm your email deliverability score and let us know if you are seeing any recommendations.

If the issue reoccurs and Mail-Tester doesn’t receive the email, you can try using a different mailer to see if your emails will be delivered successfully.
