Hello everyone. Appreciate help. MailPoet has requested as of today to authenticate domain for sending mails because right now the sender (me) appears like this -> [email protected]

I have tried adding the required Cname and text changes to my domain panel on Turbify but DNS records continue to remain unverified so I cannot send my newsletter because it will go to spam.

I would appreciate any help I can get

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • hi, I had this effect as well.
Ask your hoster whether they automatically add the domain name to the value in the host field, if so your domain name will be added twice …

try whether it helps to omitt the domain name

    Hi @thegv2020,

If you are still having trouble with the DMARC authentication, please update your MailPoet version to the the latest version and see if that helps. Make sure to take a full back up of your site before you update or install any plugin or theme.
