Solve the MailPoet – WordPress registration meshed-up methods
-
The mailPoet does take over the woo-comerce transactional emails. but it does not take over the WordPress ‘s Confirm Registration User form.
This is the classic form for login/ register to site, on the header.
I have the option to “automatically” add any new user (customer) to the newsletter subscription list, without warning.
1. This could have a checkbox option for the user to opt-in to receive newsletters from us.
2. The user registers to the site and receives an email to confirm his registration to the newsletter list, even though they never selected this themselves. Moreover, it meshes things up, since at the same time the user receives the new user confirmation e-mail, that it is not branded and this is confusing for the user (The user applied to one site and never selected the newsletter option and he/she receives two confirmations with different customizations – bad UX ).So, is there any way to add a newsletter subscription checkbox on the WordPress user registration GUI?
IS there a way fo mailPoet to customise the new-user-confirmation e-mail?
thank U
