mailpoet account setup correctly, no check by team for more than 24 hrs

    hi,
    i have troubles with the mailpoet sending service: i am sure i set everything up correctly: the key is activated, i authorised my email address, i added my domain in ?my sender domains“ and entered the cname and txt hosts plus value in my host’s dns records. after 24 hours of desperate waiting, still mailpoet does not send my newsletter and explains ?You will be able to send soon once our team has verified your account. Until then, you can send previews to your authorized email addresses.“
    what is left for me to do to make mailpoet work? please help me with setting it up correctly/finding the error.

    Thanks for writing. ?Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or you did not get our reply.

    Upon checking, it looks like we actually sent a reply to you via email. Our Approvals Team asked for more details regarding your imported subscribers.

    Kindly reply to their email, so they can process your request.

    supposedly your mail was recognised as spam… can you tell me the email address you use for your replies, please?

    Hey Mailpoet team,
    I have almost same issue..

    I want to use mailpoet sending service as smtp has some awkward limits, I added all necessary information with activation key and also added dns records (CNAME AND TXT).
    Then i tried to click “Verify DNS” but it continuously giving error for verification.

    And all the email campaigns and subscription confirmation emails go into the spam or promotions folders. How it will go directly to Inbox of subscribers.

    And also got there is lack of video tutorial guides from mailpoet.
    I didn’t get any tutorials from mailpoet for adding DNS record for domain verification..
    I am using hostinger host..

    Hi Mailpoet,

    I have set up your system for my website a few days back, but still under review from your side. When I try to set up my email newsletter by sending a test mail it errored out. Request you to review my pending subscription. Thanks
