    Hello,

    I’m hoping you or someone can help me. I’ve been successfully using MailPoet for quite some time now, but I have a recent issue that’s driving me crazy… It’s not sending out any of my Welcome Emails anymore!

    In the ‘Newsletter’ tab, I get this message:

    “Sending is paused because the following connection issue prevents MailPoet from delivering emails: There was an error processing your newsletter during sending. If possible, please contact us and report this issue., Error code: QUEUE-11836-RENDER

    My site is hosted by BlueHost, and I’m using Mailgun SMTP.
    However, even when I put it to send using the host server email, the problem persists.
    I also have the MailPoet 3 Premium plugin installed & activated.
    Everything is the latest version.

    Any help to resolve this issue would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Hi @tonypearl,

    The Error code: QUEUE-X-RENDER usually happens if you had an email corrupted during rendering, and then it got stuck in the queue preventing new emails from being sent.

    It could have happened due to a problem with the way posts were rendered in the content or if you have recently migrated or done any changes in your database.

    To see if there was anything stuck, please check MailPoet > Help > System Status and see if you have an email stuck in the “Running tasks”.

    The error code you get is already a hint: QUEUE-11836-RENDER means the task ID in the table is 11836.

    Using the phpMyAdmin plugin or a similar plugin that allows you to manage your database, you can search the table mailpoet_sending_queues for ID 11836 and delete it to resume the sending.

    Hello & thank you so much for your reply!

    You’re right – I had made some changes in my database. I did a ‘find and replace’ so that I could update my address for my emails because I’ve recently moved and wanted to update that. So I just replaced my old address with my new in the mailpoet fields of my newsletters & welcome emails.
    Could that have caused this issue?
    Is there a better way?

    I did take your advice and open the PhpMyAdmin and scrubbed a few of those post ids that seemed to be causing this issue, but I fear that there may just be too many of them, and tracking them ALL down would be next to impossible.

    How can I fix things now? NONE of my emails are going out from MailPoet! I have students I serve and NEED the communication flow to work properly.
    I even ran a very simple test – a ‘Newsletter broadcast’ to a list of just me.
    Even THAT won’t go out! ??

    In the MailPoet>Help>System Status>Cron, I get this status:

    The status for everything is ‘sending.’

    So I just replaced my old address with my new in the mailpoet fields of my newsletters & welcome emails.

    Yes, this could have caused the issue, especially if you had a Post Notification or Welcome Email with the old FROM email address already in the middle of sending.

    Could you check the Post Notification History by going to the MailPoet > Emails > Post Notification > clicking on the “History” button? If you see a paused email there, I’d recommend deleting it and checking if sending is restored.

    You’ve mentioned you’ve used PhpMyAdmin to check your database. You can use the “Find and Replace” option to easily replace the sender address for all of your newsletters there. Here’s a guide on that.

    It should help you to get all of them replaced at once and ensure you don’t have any email left using the old sender address.

    I appreciate your continued help.
    But even after following your suggestions, I’m still having these persistent issues.
