Mailpoet 3 – Subscriber don’t received the opt-in mail

1. In Settings > Signup confirmation, make sure the FROM email address is NOT a free email address, like a Yahoo or Gmail.

2. When you send yourself a preview of a newsletter do you receive it?

3. Have you considered sending with MailPoet? Host like OVH don’t really like to send newsletters and emails. You might hit their daily limit or get banned by OVH if you have a list with too many invalid addresses (“bounces”)

To answer :
1. my email address is not free email address
2. I don’t know how I can send a preview of my newsletter. But if I confirm an email, the person don’t receive the newsletter
3. I just start and yes I want to send email with MailPoet

But the main problem is : When a person subscrive to my newsletter, the person don’t receive a mail to confirm

I installed mailpoet and testing with several different email addresses, I realize that the email to validate the registration is never received for addresses in gmail, live and hotmail.
I use your mail sending service.
The address used for sending is not free address like yahoo or gmail.
Do you have an idea of ??the problem ?

Dear sirs I have set up mailpoet however when I send a text email I do not receive it in my hotmail test account. Can you help with this?
