Mailpoet 3 : Post excerpt and Shortcode

Hi i have installed mailpoet 3 and having some challenges

1. Post Notification set as automatic the image is not showing when i choose full post, how can i show image with full post : https://imgur.com/a/xoAKp ?

2. Mailpoet manage subscription short code not working, i am trying to use the shortcode in an endpoint so users can manage there subscriptions but it is not working, how do i fix this?
