• Hi,
We activated MailPoet’s free sending service, but the email is stuck at 0%.
Our version was Premium until 05.12.17, now it is the free version.
This is bad, because the premium support is no longer available for us.

Here you can see the mail process.

    Hi there,
Actually, the problem is with this URL: https://xxx.de/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping
It must return “pong” when accessed. If it does not display that word, then, MailPoet can’t send your newsletters, automatically.
Get in touch with your host for support on that specific case, since this is a connectivity issue.

    Hi,
Yes, that’s right. You need to ask assistance from your host support staff to fix that cURL issue in order to make MailPoet work again.

Now we have the server checked by our technician, with the result that CURL is installed and configured correctly.
We’ve tried the mailpoet sending service on our developers page and it works correctly, but dev doesn’t have ssl.
It does not work with our ssl.
    We have a Strato server.
    We hope you can help.
