Mailpoet 3 module/form and: “An error has happened while performing a request”

    Hi
    i’m on Mailpoet 3 Free version, and can’t make the sign up module/form work. When i set the module on a home widget and try to sign up to the newsletter it sends me this message: “An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later.”
    (Temporarly i’ve put a contact form mailpoet integration on my home page widget, but the checkbox hurts me :)) ).
    Anyone can help? Thanks

    Hi @mendocino and @aiwo,

    If you’re using a MailPoet 3 version higher than 3.60.4, it could mean that your website is using an older version of jQuery.

    In this case, you have two options to get it fixed:

    – Fix your plugin or theme to use a newer jQuery version, as the custom one loaded is not supported by MailPoet 3 after version 3.60.4 (recommended);

    – Rollback to an older version of MailPoet 3 (3.60.4 or older – not recommended). You can download it here.

    I’m experiencing the same problem.
    How do you use a newer jQuery version? I’m using the latest version of MailPoet, WordPress and my theme (Divi).

    Hi dear please help I have also same issue

    While I have installed jquery updater plugin and also tried previous version of mailpoet
    But still exist
