Mailpoet 3 migration not working [premium user]

I’m a premium user and I have written twice to support in more than 15 days.
Can you please take care of my ticket??
I tried to migrate to Mailpoet 3 and I’m getting an error, you have all the information in my tickets, with are TWO!
Please, reply asap.
