MailPoet 3 disappeared from my plugins

    Hello, am using MailPoet 3 / MailPoet 3 premium. I know that both need to be installed. Everythings has worked since a year. Now – and I have no idea why – MailPoet 3 has disappeared from the list of plugins. Maybe a failed auomatic update? MailPoet 3 Premium is still there. When I try to reinstall MailPoet I get an error that the folder already exists. Since MailPoet3 Premium does not work alone there are also no settings anymore. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

    Hi @wollewald,

    When I try to reinstall MailPoet I get an error that the folder already exists

    In certain circumstances, if MailPoet detects problems with itself, it may be automatically disabled by itself and you won’t see it on your WordPress dashboard. It could have happened due to a failed automatic update, yeah.

    If you try to re-install it via the Plugins page and see the error message Installation failed: Destination folder already exists., please try to re-install the plugin via FTP.
