@mailpoet No, I’m not interested helping you. In the same way MailPoet where not interested in assisting me by refunding or crediting the unused MailPoet 2 PREMIUM PLUGIN ONLY fee I’d paid. Then 2-3months later, when we were being told to upgrade to MailPoet 3 then meant we were forced to purchased purchase PREMIUM + SENDING SERVICE.
And, when we were requesting a feature which allowed a user to manage their subscription in an account page using a short-code instead of linking directly from the email every-time it took you guys over 6 months to create that feature. How on earth were we to prepare for GDPR.
@mailpoet as you are pushing more for feedback here it is – In my opinion, now that I have found an alternative, which far better in every way, coupled with your poor customer service you’d not be missed if you did move out of WordPress. Not by me anyway.
