Hi, I’ve been using MailPoet’s built in forms and widgets prior to this, but I’d really love to use this widget instead.

I set it up on my site and selected the appropriate MailPoet list. I didn’t change any of the other settings except for the display text.

When I put in an email address and hit submit the page reloads but nothing happens. No confirmation email or change on the screen(whether I use the open in the same window checkbox or not).

    My site is: https://www.mandylivinglife.com

Any recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Howdy,

It appears to be working for me. The MailPoet confirmation should appear within the widget: https://cloudup.com/cSBClGykUFn

Are you still having the problem?

I’m also struggling with the integration. Can you check out my site, https://www.healingfamilyeats.com? The form appears fine in the sidebar, but the email isn’t captured, and there is no confirmation back to the user. Also I’m guessing I’ve put the wrong Form Action in the setting (#wysija), as the page https://www.healingfamilyeats.com/#wysija loads after entering an email address into the form. I also entered wysija[user][email] into the E-mail field.

I’m not sure if loading Jetpack was a good idea, but I believe I’ve deactivated all components that might conflict…

Any guidance would be very welcome! Thanks.

@healingfamilyeats: if you’re using MailPoet, do not include anything in the Form Action field.

Jetpack will not conflict with this plugin at all, so you can reactivate any modules that you deactivated.

    Cheers!
