• I have a client who’s using Constant Contact to collect subscribers and send out newsletters. Trying to connect this platform to WordPress has been a nightmare. Their own plugin was missing a critical detail which made their form look incomplete. Which is why I tried using MailOptin to create the connection.

Unfortunately, it errored out the Applications area of Constant Contact and prohibited us from connecting our Elementor form submissions to the Constant Contact mailing list. After troubleshooting the issue with CC, we got it fixed and were able to set up the “application”. That said, when we went to authorize it, it doesn’t work. Instead, we ended up having to re-install Constant Contact’s plugin and got them to fix the issues within it.

So we found a fix, but it does not involve MailOptin. Just wanted to point this out to anyone else hoping to use this plugin for CC. I’d recommend removing Constant Contact from your description and list of Integrations as it doesn’t work (and CC themselves confirmed as much).

    Hello ????,

I’m sorry you had issues with the Constant Contact Integration with MailOptin.

Although the majority of our users are able to connect their accounts without any issues, we have received some tickets where users face similar issues and we were able to assist them in resolving them for free either here on www.remarpro.com support or via our support page.

    Best Regards
