Mailmunch Thank You Message Pop issue

    Hi,

    I’m facing an issue with “Thank You message popup” The Thank You Message popup is disappearing in a fraction of seconds.

    I have added a message something like “Thank You for Subscribing. Confirm subscription by clicking on the mail which we just sent you.” in the Thank You Message. User unable to read the message which I mentioned in the Thank You Message due to the disappearance of the popup in a fraction of seconds.

    Is there any workaround to fix this.

    Hi Raj, This indicates that you have a redirect URL in place for the form. With redirect in place the success message is shown for the time period when redirect is being completed which on faster ISP is almost instant as you mentioned. If you want your success message to display please take out the redirect URL and this issue should be resolved.
