Mailmunch Forms not showing on blog and can't load settings page

Good afternoon,

I tried to adjust some form settings earlier today and was unable to load the settings page. I then noticed (which would make sense) that the forms themselves also weren’t loading. I either get a page that continuously attempts to load, or an application error message suggesting I try again later. Is there something going on on your end? Is there something I need to do from here?

Thought I would let you know what I was seeing.
