Mailing list subscriber move from list to list by schedule

I have wordpress web site, with subscription for free and paid subscribers. Free subscribers receive email for first 7 days in month, and paid subscribers receive email full month. Paid subscription is valid for a month. How to set paid subscriber to automatically move to free list when month paid subscription expires? Any suggestion is welcome.
