Mailing List Plugin.

Hi, thanks for viewing. I am looking for a very simple ‘enter you email address’ form to have on a wordpress page. I just want to be able to create a list of addresses from its input so site admin can use this list to circulate mails. Is there such a plugin?

All the mailing list plugins I’ve seen so far seem to rely on the addresses of people who have commented on posts. I won’t have commenting on this page.
