mailing list feedback

I want to send a message to a list of people (that is name and email pair imported from a text file) with custom links (links should be personal) that allow to put the recipient to a custom group and import the lists with a group assigned. After following the link a user should get to a web page with his name and confirmation/thank you message. Could you please suggest a plugin or combination of plugins that allow this with a minimal or no coding.
