    Hi, you can select the recipients by lists on every newsletter: when you edit a newsletter there is a metabox in sidebar where you can select the mailing lists.
    I hope it helps.

    I meant that I would like to send newsletter ti all active contacts, except one mailing list.

    No, you can’t. You can only select the lists to send to.
