    Hi there,
I’m using the mailgun to send all emails from my wordpress website. And I made this config usinw wp smtp.
But, I had a problem. The mailgun API allows to send until 1,000 messages per requisition, and my subscribers database is biggest that this. There is a way to segment the databases to send requisitions less than 1,000?

  • Hi @evertong,

I apologize — there may very well be some tricks to try getting around this limit, however we’re not able to provide support for that.

However, we do strongly recommend that you consider using a marketing service for this rather than your own site. These services are designed specifically to send out large numbers of emails, and to help you deal with issues like when users mark your emails as spam — and without risk to your domain reputation.

If you’d be willing to consider something like this, here’s WPBeginner’s tutorial on recommended email marketing tools.

    Best of luck!

Hi @evertong – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
