The latest update 2.6.0 now displays the results of a SPF/DKIM/DMARC check when sending a test email. I’m using a subdomain with Mailgun and all DNS settings are set up and verified in Mailgun. However, when sending a test email the plugin’s check for DKIM comes back false and says “Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the DKIM record required by Mailgun has been added to your domain.”
    Is there a bug here?

    Hi Chris,

the Domain Check feature in our plugin is new and because DKIM records can have different key prefixes/selectors, we’re still gathering feedback and updating/improving this feature.

Could you please let me know which DKIM prefix you used for the Mailgun DKIM DNS TXT record? We are currently checking for these prefixes: 'pic', 'mailo', 'mx' and are planning to update this list with 'krs', 'k1', 'mta' this or next week (what other users have reported). Is your DKIM prefix different?

With the “prefix/selector” I mean this part of the DKIM name property: $prefix._domainkey.$domain

Thank you for reporting this issue and have a nice day!

    Hi Gregor,

Thanks for the reply. I’ve got lots of sites that I use Mailgun so I’ve just been through them all. Most prefixes match your list but I have a few others that aren’t on your list:

    ’email’, ‘s1’, ‘smtp’.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Chris,

    thank you very much!

These have been added and will go live once we update the Domain Checker feature.

    Have a nice day!
