    I had 2 accounts by mailerlite. Old one a their new.
    On both is syncing not working. To lod one were no new users added.
    And for new one no users will be synced.

    Taken from log by new mailerlite:

    27/09/2022 17:25:08 Error Yachti Error getting contact ID for *******@web.de: Not found batch-process ? users-register
    27/09/2022 17:25:02 Error Tygro Error getting contact ID for *****@mail.com: Not found batch-process ? users-register

    …..

    27/09/2022 17:24:22 Notice janiedoe User registration not synced to MailerLite because email address wasn’t detected in the submitted data.

    ….

    27/09/2022 14:36:26 Info Tygro No contact found in MailerLite for *****@mail.com batch-process ? users-register

    Hey @albertschwenter ,

    “User registration not synced to MailerLite because email address wasn’t detected in the submitted data.” means that WP Fusion couldn’t find an email address for the new user.

    How are your users registering?

    Can you go to Users >> Add New and add a user that way, and see if it syncs?

    Also, these logs you have just shared are from the new Mailerlite, correct? What do the logs show on the site connected to the old Mailerlite?

    OK, with new version I did now under advanced an export.
    They seem to be all there even if it still shows background work, stacking by the last one user.

    Background operation running: Processing 11 / 12 Users – 8 errors encountered. Check the logs for more details.

    And many failures in log like:

    But they are all there so I don’t understand this many red errors ??

    Ah, ok, I see what’s going on.

    Normally when a user registers we check MailerLite to see if it’s a new or existing subscriber.

    If it’s a new subscriber, you will see:

    Info — No contact found in MailerLite for [email protected]

    In this case it is not handling the error message correctly and it is recording it as a serious error, instead of just an “Info” message.

    This is ok, it won’t affect the functionality, but we will fix that for the next update. Thanks for letting us know! ??

    OK, thanks a lot!
    With old mailerlite one seemed not to work but however.
    It is ok for now…
