MailerLite compatibility problem

Today I set up the Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin. However, I use the MailerLite program for e-mails that leave the shopping cart. Unfortunately, after installing the Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer extension, the cart abandonment email configured in MailerLite arrives unformatted without a header, footer and logo. Where and how can I configure it so that this extension does not affect MailerLite and my other emails? Also, when editing the extension, inappropriate things appear at the bottom of the page. One of them, for example, is “Wait! Don’t leave the HUF 3,000 discount here!” which is a popup that appears on my website. I have attached a picture of it on google drive. And also about the good email that MailerLite sends and how it should look, as well as about the bad email that is spoiled by this extension.
