MailerLite and Genesis eNews Extended Widget

I’m having trouble using the plugin widget in the header of a site with MailerLite form code.

1) The widget displays correctly
2) The subscriber can add name and email address and are taken to a new page and a generic MailerLite thanks for subscribing page
3) Subscriber is not added to the list in MailerLite

I’ve tried the form code with and without the https://app.mailerlite.com… form action

I’ve switch back to MailChimp for now to not miss any new subscribers but would love to continue to use the plugin with my new MailerLite account.

Any suggestions?
