hello - the mailchimp add to subscriber list and and automation is not working on the website. already registered user it works, but it is not subscribing people ob checkout or sending the auto information of order to non subsrcibed users. Iv already checked with woocommerce about it.

Thank you. Iv done most of this already. So many weird behaviours.

Now even though the plug in says the store is connected, and ti says that too in Mailchimp itself when I go to build a journey I can’t highlight the store, it lists it but won’t let me add it.

When I deactivated and uploaded again a new field came up in settings where I could see a sample if the option to make a custom sentence for people to option when they checkout.

I am fixing this from a previous developer who has made an utter mess. Not sure where to go from here.
