    Hello,

I have created a few Hustle mail list opt-ins, however, they wont sync with my Mailchimp list. I have inserted my API key, selected the Mailchimp mailing list, and inserted the shortcode and sidebar embed into my website. I tested a few times and the Mailchimp list does not update to reflect the new subscription despite receiving the Hustle welcome email. Help please!

  • Hello @voltron2017

    I hope you’re doing well!

Please make sure that the MailChimp is added as an Active App to your opt-in.

Please edit an opt-in and open an Integration tab. Add Mailchimp from the app list. Please see this screenshot:

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,

I have done so. I successfully managed to get it to work. The test email I was using was already subscribed. I tried using a fresh, new email and it sync’ed with Mailchimp perfectly. Thank you. You may consider this closed.

I have the same issue but following these steps it is unresolved – any ideas?

I am using the standard rather than pro edition at present, I have entered the API key and account but no follow through to Milachimp adresses are just stored on “local list”

    Hi @raymondr

    I hope you’re well today!

If your MailChimp is already connected and you have actually added it to your form (as described earlier in this ticket’s responses) then it’s very likely a matter of field labels.

Please edit your Huste module and in e-mails configuration check fields’ names. They should be the same as relevant merge tags in MailChimp.

    For example:
    – if you have “name” field in Hustle it may be using “name” word as field name in settings while it should be FNAME or LNAME as the relevant merge tags is named in MailChimp.

If you have any further questions about this or need more assistance, please start a separate ticket of your own (as per this forum rules) and we’ll assist you there.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Thank you Adam!

    That has fixed it.

    Raym
