• Hi,

    have the Mailchimp addon configured and the users are not being imported in Mailchimp.I have the API configured, and the list and groups in the level membership like this:

    creamundi | Free, Pago

    No info in the debug log and no emails in the junk folder. The users are being created via your Woocommerce addon plugin.

    User are being created via Woocommerce Integration Addon.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Yes, it′s the documentation I followed. Api key is configured, list also at membership level and it′s integrated with your woocommerce addon. The account does not exist in Mailchimp so it should not be ignored.

    I tried to remove the opt-in setting also.

    Hi, for testing purposes can you only add your Audience Name: to the membership level. Then carry out a test.

    Make sure you enable debug option from the settings menu of the plugin.

    Let me know what happens.

    Hi,

    thanks for your messsage.
    unfortunately it′s not working. I′ve tested only with the list name… Tests done:

    1. Remove url protection that the website has as it′s being devoloped now.
    2. Tried only with name list (not groups)
    3. Tried with opt-in and without setting.
    4. Tried with another user (neither in the mailchimp audience)
    5. Tried with the list unique id.

    The authentication log have information regarding the login. The general one is empty.
