Mailchimp User Sync not updating dB correctly

I have a gravity form that updates a Mailchimp list and it is updating from WordPress dB to Mailchimp correctly. I am trying to have 2 way synchronization between Mailchimp and the WordPress dB. We are currently using Mailchimp User Sync by Danny van Kooten. I have setup the webhooks and I have setup the additional fields and it is not working correctly. It also on manual synchronization hangs at 63%. We need to get this working correctly as soon as possible.
