Mailchimp Tag option not appearing

I hope things are going well for you.

I tried creating two forms with different tags, and they both submitted the data well to Mailchimp.

In this case, you can add condition to mailchimp integration, If the condition match based on visitor select the option, the Integration will pass data to the mailchimp, else it will not send information.

no tags appear after selecting the audience.

You need to create a custom tags by refering this guide:-https://mailchimp.com/help/create-add-remove-tags/
