Mailchimp subscription as per dropdown

Dear Team,

I have integrated mailchimp through this plugin.
We have four campaign in our mailchimp account and I have integrated those with our forms, everything works fine.

But as per the requirement, We have contact form 7 with dropdown having courses in it. And we have to integrate mailchimp campaigns as per the value selected by dropdown.
Suppose user select “Fashion Design” from dropdown so user receive only that specific campaign subscription and user select some other course from dropdown, then he will received that specific campaign subscription email only.

Is it possible to integrate like this.
