Mailchimp Subscriber difference

    I have a disparity between MailChimp the plug-in and MailChimp website. MailChimp website shows I have 12 subscribers. However, on my website, it only shows 2 subscribers. I’ve tried numerous things to fix this.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Can you please share which version of our plugin you are using? Also, can you check if all 12 email address on your list are subscribers and not just transactional users?
