    Hello,
So the problem I’m having is that I need the “required” fields for “first name, last name, and company name” turned on in my Chimp Plugin(1.4.1). I was told to make sure my MailCHimp Subscriber Lists had those fields turned on, and then all I needed to do was ” Update Subscriber Form Settings” under “Merge Variable Included”.
Those fields ARE turned on, but its not reflecting in my plugin.
    Here is link to page-

    Thanks

  • Hey boulder3701,

Thanks for starting this thread! I was able to test out the form, and from what it looks like, all of those fields are required, but the field labels haven’t been updated to show that they are required. In this case, I would recommend disabling and uninstalling the current plugin, and then reinstalling it again. This will help to ensure that the field labels are updated as expected. Once the plugin is reinstalled, if you’re still seeing a discrepancy in the field labels, I would recommend trying that update button again in the plugin settings. This process should have the form up and running as expected.

If you’re still seeing any funky behavior after following these steps, please feel free to reply back here and we’ll be happy to dig in further.

    Thanks!

    Hello Gunter,
I deactivated plugin, deleted and reinstalled as directed. I did this twice, since I did not see results the first time. But there seems no change! ??

It still says ” N ” in those fields!

Already tried emptying cache- just in case…
