    Hello sightman,

    Sometimes this error can be because of a missing field. Can you please check if all the mandatory fields in your list are included in your form?

    Also to check specific errors, you can login to your WordPress admin, and then go to “MailChimp for WP > Others”. Here you would see if log of errors. Can you please share them with us?
